DesignWorks Sales Force Completes DCA Course

The entire sales staff of Design Works Jewelry Group Ltd. (formerly ODI) has successfully completed the Diamond Council of America's Diamond Course.

At a presentation ceremony before the opening of The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas, 17 Design Works sales professionals received certificates from DCA.

DCA's Diamond Course consists of 22 chapters of study, four examinations, and a comprehensive final examination. The course focuses on both selling and product knowledge.

DCA is a not-for-profit education organization that has been training retail and industry associates since 1944.
